Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, DaLori Designs, LLC will accept returns and exchanges from its online customers who made a purchase at www.daloridesigns.com.
REFUNDS
New, unused items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or store credit, as long as the return is made within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds include the cost of the item, plus applicable taxes paid. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returns must be sent with shipping paid by the customer and include a copy of the original invoice.
- Refunds will be provided based on the invoice price paid.
- Item must be in original, unused condition, with price/SKU tags still intact.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
- Damaged items must be returned to DaLori Designs, LLC within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or replacement.
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice along with any original tags or packaging.
- Replacements and/or refunds will be processed upon our receipt of damaged piece.
- Replaced items ship free to customers at DaLori Designs, LLC expense.
WARRANTY/REPAIRS
DaLori Designs, LLC will replace or repair items for up to 90 days from the date of the original invoice. Items received broken or damaged should be reported immediately to DaLori Designs, LLC, Customer Care Department – Attention: Judith Weltmann, DaLori Designs, LLC, 1330 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20036.
